A few years ago I invested in the CODE University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, founded by Thomas Bachem. The idea: introducing young people to programming, design and startups — not through lectures, but through real projects. Diego Pooth studies there too, and I met him. In Europe we are regulating entrepreneurship to death. Not with one big law, but with a hundred small ones. Each one sounds reasonable on its own. Taken together, they mean nobody feels like building a company here anymore.
